Declaration of Independence
In 1776, Representatives from the The Colonies declare independence from Britian Crown rule. It took another 5 years of fighting the Revolutionary War for the British to surrender. thank you brave soldiers & God. (click pic to see document)
The Constitution was established & signed in 1787 forming The United States of America.
